Thank you for your interest in my work. My name is Jonah Schatz and I am a designer from Los Angeles, California. I graduated with an accredited Bachelor of Architecture and a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California in 2018. While at USC, I lived as a Scholar in Residence at the Gamble House and studied religious architecture across Europe through the Avi Efraim Gesundheit Traveling Fellowship. Currently I am an Architectural Designer with ZGF New York. Prior to this, I held internships at HKS San Francisco, Struere Los Angeles, and Eric Lloyd Wright Architecture and Planning in Malibu. I greatly value the importance of understanding an existing setting and projecting foreseeable impacts on populations, inhabited environments, and the accessibility of the spaces we seek to create.
I look forward to participating and leading in the response of architecture to both current trends and those to yet surprise us.
